Wood chopsticks production line consist of seven machines.it can produce wood chopsticks.

Feature:
1.This machine is dedicated to produce bamboo chopsticks and also wooden chopsticks.
2.The final chopsticks' size is usually: length 190mm ~ 240mm, width:12-13mm, thickness:4-5mm.
3.Normally the size of the chopsticks is length 19-24cm.width1.2-1.3cm,thickness 0.4-0.5cm.
4. Above 5 sets of wooden chopsticks machine is production line, produce chopsticks length  210mm ,output 40000-50000pairs/8hours, need 3-4 workers.  
5.Normally per cube meter timber can produce 50000pairs chopsticks for length 190cm.
Advantage:
1. Wood chopsticks the entire production line every 8 hours have 100,000 pairs, need 3-4 workers.
2. An M3 original wood can produce 55,000 pairs of chopsticks (dia 5.0 mm, 210 mm long).
3. Versatility. Production line can be made Fangxiang, round incense
Bamboo sticks, bamboo sticks, bamboo sticks.
4. As for the roots, it can produce a lot of diameter sticks.
5. Efficient and economical, the whole line only need 3-4 individuals.
6. Our machines can use wooden furniture factories, wood handicrafts or small trees of the remaining raw materials to produce different sizes of round chopsticks.
